EMSL Analytical, Inc. provides Microbiology and Chemistry testing services for the food and food-related products industry. Analytical methods used include those from AOAC, FDA/BAM, USDA, USP, and ASTM publications. We offer a large variety of Microbiology Quantitative tests (Aerobic Plate Count, coliform/E. coli, Yeast and Mold Count, etc.) and Qualitative tests (Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli 0157:H7, etc.) and chemistry tests including fiber, fat, moisture, sugar, etc. along with full nutritional analysis to ensure food products meet customer specifications.
